Our online shop is all about convenience. We deliver orders both on board your flight and directly to your home. The choice is yours. Do you want to pay with Flying Blue Miles? No problem! Simply indicate your preferences during the ordering process.
To place an order, simply follow the steps below:
1. Select your favourite items and add them to the shopping cart.
2. Indicate whether you wish to receive your order on board your flight or have it delivered to your home address. Unfortunately, it is not possible to place home delivery and onboard delivery articles in one order.
3. Enter your contact details and your booking code.
4. Select the payment method and pay for the order. Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice by e-mail.
5. Print out the confirmation e-mail and be sure to bring it with you on your flight.
Depending on the items you selected, you will either receive your purchase and receipt during your flight or at your home address. This document also serves as your guarantee, so make sure to save it.
