If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel the purchase agreement for the item within 14 days of receipt. On this page more information can be found regarding our policy.

Return and refunds policy

Step 1:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel the purchase agreement for the item within 14 days of receipt. Complete the online form  or send an e-mail to shopping.service@klm.com  in which you inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase.


You can also use the Model Form Right of Cancellation  for this, but this is not a requirement.

Step 2:

KLM will send you an e-mail confirming your request to cancel your purchase. 

Step 3:

Send the item to the following address and include the following information within 14 days of receipt of the confirmation e-mail from KLM (as stated under Step 2) and no later than 30 days after receipt of the item: 

- The item in undamaged packaging 
- A copy of the receipt 
- Your name 
- Your address 
- Your phone number 
- The name and location of your bank 
- Your bank account / IBAN number

Step 4:

KLM will send you a confirmation of receipt after receiving the item. If applicable, KLM will refund the purchase amount and initial shipping costs as quickly as possible, and within 30 days at the latest. You are required to pay the direct costs of returning the item.
